OK OK. on a more serious note, has anyone heard if there are any confirmed tenants for the retail space? Target is out, and I heard they were negotiating with a number of restaurants. There were rumors of TNT, but that kind of fizzled out. I know it's not expected to complete for some time but there must be some big tenants they are working with for the high profile spaces.
