I just saw this too.

The Spire seems to be placed close to the convention center rather than mid building. I think its stupid for a spire on this building, making a stubby fat building look dumb with a spire on top.

Pic 12 is a view as people go down Cesar Chavez into downtown, how bland of a blank parking garage wall with no name on it at minimum. Blaaaa

At least the pool will have a view. But I consider this quite the copy cat design of the JW Marriott.
