Why haven't the rich Chinese bought the trump penthouse, the 2550 lincoln park penthouse, the Ritz Carlton penthouse, Vince Vaughn's penthouse, etc. There's a lot of expensive real estate that can't find a buyer and I guarantee those sellers are marketing those units to rich Chinese and Russians.
