“Moribund”? It’s possible that Mr. Elliott doesn’t know exactly what that word means (I’m not sure if something
can be “somewhat” moribund). Anyway, hopefully we continue to have elections. I’m not surprised that some people aren’t too enthused in voting in them when journalists call the practice “moribund.”
