Many of the supertalls depicted are actually in the demo/excavation stage. They are bound to rise, but some of them have been at the excavation stage for two years. Its seems that they build first, then get a tenant later. If we look at the far back of that pic to the left (near the bridge), that is where the master planned expansion will occur. A whole residential and commercial city for one million plus. But anyways, this thread is for NYC.
