Also, mention was made that they will be installing a round-about at Blackmarsh, Capt. Whelan, Redmond's Rd. That's the first I've heard of that.

So, perhaps some of the delay in this highway's construction lies at the feet of the mayor.

It is interesting info, but I doubt that Doc & crew could hold up what is a Fed/Prov. endeavour, given that the province won't even respond to pleas about fair pay on the maintenance issue.
