Hopefully that would serve as a catalyst for that area. It has so much potential but somehow doesn't seem to have taken off to the extent other areas (westside, e.g.) have.
Re Eataly, that would be a dream come true. Everytime I go to NYC I go in there but the crowds are so huge I've never been able to eat there. Last time I literally had to walk in there sideways. Great selection of Italian products. I always wondered if they might be a candidate for PCM.
