I have not been to Rideau Centre lately but have heard really good reviews, especially about the food court. Planning to check it out soon.
For Bayshore parking, I usually take Woodridge and park on the 1st floor near the Bay or inside towards the Mall entrance near HomeSense. Not as many spots as they used to have (due to construction) but less traffic and I avoid the convoluted parkade design on the 2nd/3rd floor. Will see what happens when everything is done but for now, this works for me.
