Unlike Google, Facebook is not 'actively' in the commercial real estate market looking for space at the moment. However, that doesn't mean they aren't looking - just means they're not being public about it. Developers are having lots of off-market (aka confidential) discussions with growing companies that could be prospective tenants right now. They are chasing deals so they can get some preleasing, commitments or at least show that there is interest in order to secure financing. It's a hot market out there.
