Don't know if anyone has seen this yet, but this is Fifth Street Square...
It is currently UC and will be opening in a month or two, at the intersection of 5th Street and 7 Avenue. It is the first part of The Riff to commence. It will also be the first of the East Village's three public parks to open. With St. Patrick's Island opening next fall, and Celebration Square opening in 2016.
