Took a long stroll around downtown this afternoon and snapped some photos on my iPhone, not the best quality but gives you an idea of all the construction going on right now in Austin!
I wish they'd add some tables w/ umbrellas in this plaza area of the courthouse to attract some downtown patrons for lunch and enliven it -- as it stands now the whole area is almost always empty every time i've gone past it, even during lunch hour.
I like the colored seating & funky planters that Frank has, little things like this can do a lot to liven up the sidewalk and create a better pedestrian experience
