^ You see ugliness where I see potential. The highway will yield to a lovely urban boulevard and high-rises. The parking lots on the right are slowly turning into mid and high-rises. The parking lot on the left is to become a large urban park. In this photo we also have a perfect view of the Bell centre towers and the future CF phases. The only thing in this photo that will not change is the railroad viaduct, but I reckon it'll look cooler when eventually surrounded by skyscrapers and parks.
