This project is going before the
District 7 & 8 PAC on Monday. Due to public feedback the proponent has removed the at-grade parking accessed from Coburg Road. Instead all of the parking will be below-grade and accessed off of Seymore Street. This allows for some residential units on the ground floor and full commercial frontage on Coburg Road.
