Inspired by New York's iconic Flatiron Building, The Gayley at Wilshire is designed to reflect the shape of its site with a dramatic narrow façade along Wilshire, creating a focal point and entry for a premier retail establishment. This gateway location on the north side of Wilshire Boulevard at the western end of Westwood Village will grace either a 29-story, 144-unit luxury condominium tower or a 250-room 5-star hotel serving the affluent traveller. The lower levels will accommodate shops, a restaurant, a coffee shop, pool, fitness center, and meeting rooms. Cars will be valeted in a four-level subterranean garage.
