Mods, please reopen the Trinity project thread, link below. Only Phase I and II have been built. There was a brief worry Phase III wouldn't, and it has been value-designed since inception, but it is definitely still going. They are almost done excavating the massive subterranean parking structure for it, and vertical will start this year. See pics below, which I took this past weekend.
