One thing I did enjoy about the East River was boat and yacht spotting.
I understand General. I love how Austin is spreading it's towers to where it's not to close, but close enough to where you have an amazing skyline. I also like the fact that urban density is playing a big roll in Austin right now, weather it be a 5 story building or a 40 story tower.
