No, I do not believe so. Back in, oh, 2007, Novare Group and Andrews Urban announced plans to construct a 28-story TWELVE Hotel & Residences on the parcel directly to the east of the Westin Hotel. I also believe a ground breaking was set to take place during the spring of 2008. There is an apartment complex currently be constructed on said site.
