They definitely do. Their are now several trains that pass-through (Tor->Ottawa->Montreal) as well as several that start and end in Ottawa that need staging/storage space.
There is also a few weird things like one of the Montreal trains that starts at Fallowfield, gets towed out to the fallowfield by one of the Toronto bound trains
