Snapped a few pics today:
Downtown Anglican Church, expansion looks like it is almost finished. They've used copper flashing around the big windows, looks good. Too bad about the stucco, matching brown brick would have looked better but its a church with likely limited budget. Overall it looks pretty good.
Legion renovation, they are still working on the parkade, hopefully the restoration of the original building starts soon. Looks like they are building a second entrance, see the left side of the building, currently there is a gap between the legion and the RM Sherwood building, but in the render looks like a new entrance is added.
Twenty10 restaurant in Tower 3, as long as they don't artificially lower the ceiling, this place will have wicked high ceilings which would be great.
