Easy enough. The Inky offices are in the 3rd floor of the Strawbridge's Building (i.e. 801 Market); the announcement that they're relinquishing their dedicated entrance because a new retail tenant is going in below them implies that PREIT has, well, finally found a new anchor in the Strawbridge's building.
Couple that with the recent Century 21 announcement and you've got everything you need to know.

TBH - the rendering in the CCD development report look pretty dated and more concept - didn't look like anything new or concrete IMHO
and sorry I dont know how to extract pdf images
