Don't forget the Walmart next door.
It would be nice to see Fairview intensify between Brant and Guelph Line but that will be a very long term proposition, if it ever happens at all (beyond the odd new condo). With a lack of development land in the city now, all those big parking lots should start looking pretty juicy, but it would be a battle to redevelop them.
