I would like to try Icelandair back home this coming Christmas, as the route via Reykjavik would be the shortest possible. Unfortunately their service sounds pretty low-cost in the Economy Class. Also, I haven't seen
that great prices during the last few times I have browsed their website.
Iceland would make for an interesting stopover for few days, but it's so darn expensive. Their economic downturn didn't bring prices down enough for it to be that attractive option. Shame, as it looks like a beautiful and interesting country.
