That building is moving quick! Studios and one bedrooms will be in the $1500 to $1700 range. There are 28 different floor plans in total ranging from studios to four bedrooms. NO UNDERGRADS ALLOWED. All units will come completely furnished and include utilities in the rent.
They have a really awesome virtual tour set up in the leasing office. It's basically a wall on four sides, one wall is a door. You enter and shut it. Each wall is a projection screen and there are four projectors and they project renderings of each floor plan as well as the fitness center and the rooftop pool onto the walls and can walk you through the space. It is really a brilliant idea for leasing while the building is still under construction. Apparently this is only the second "Cube" as they call it in existence in the world, and the first one in the U.S. The company that developed it is from the Netherlands. |
