I visited the 21st floor on Doors Open last year and wondered why there were stairs up to the 22nd that were roped off.
Other events have been held on the 21st floor too. Is the 22nd floor not open-concept like the 21st is?
Wikipedia lists the building as 26 storeys, so what about floors 23 to 26?
