I just posted in the Canada forum that I would rather have seen something more like what was built diagonally across the street at
21-23 King E.
I think it's a better complement to the architecture of the older buildings farther west. This developer could have applied a similar kind of design, even just to the lower 4-5 floors with terraces set back on the upper levels.
All the balconies make this one less appealing to me. Nothing against balconies, but they're just so prominent.
