From information on HAIF this thing could get leased pretty soon, and that it may be as many as 22 stories(it had the same design as EC III but looks like it might now mirror EC IV). Thanks Htowngrown, didn't catch this. I hope the upward bump in floor count comes with a better design. Will change the floor count once we get something more concrete.
