I saw the red white and blue on Skyhouse. I'm glad the lighting can change color. I mentioned on in another post about how uniform in design all the new projects have as if the city is closely dictating how everything should look. I've noticed that most of the time, the buildings at night are mostly blue unless a holiday is coming up.

I really want to see more dramatic lighting downtown with future projects plus more variation in lighting. I really liked when Monarch had its lighting cycling different colors and was disappointed when they stopped. The Austonian can also change colors but rarely does nowadays. Enough with the blue too.

I love how Dallas is lit up at night. With their tallest completely lined with lighting that can do all sorts of designs. Look for a picture of the skyline at night this past Valentines Day. Was awesome. I wish Austin's buildings would be more bold in lighting effects.
