It's a huge mostly empty shopping center that seems ripe for something. I just wonder if the University would let it sit that way for a decade while it holds onto it for "future considerations"

Possibly a good spot for the relocation of the CapMetro North Lamar transit center (which they've tossed around as an idea a few times).
