He also said customers and delivery vehicles. And there's nothing against workers parking there. Like you said, it's public space. It's not like they roped off the area. There were plenty of spots to go around. Now there's not. It's ok for them to be upset by it.
But I don't care either way that much. I was just pointing out that you were arguing a point that is already understood by everyone (it's public space).
