Here's the Pacific-Southwest Trust & Savings Bank at South Main Street & West Washington Boulevard in 1924. Even though USC have the correct address, which is just below the Santa Monica Freeway, and not far from the Mode O'Day building, they have this picture labeled as Carson! Potash and Perlmutter is a silent comedy released in 1923. The Tally's poster below is pretty washed out, but appears to say "First time at popular prices D. W. Griffith's America".

Still standing, and pretty much intact. The bank was in the store marked "P.I.A.". I thought the first picture might have been when the building was new, but I've found build dates of 1909 and 1912. Some sites name the structure as the Da Capo Building, although I'm not sure how much of the building that covers. The entrance in the middle is The Rutland Apartments, which appears in the City Directories as far back as 1915.
