Well I haven't actually seen any files on the city's website associated with the Magellan project on 5th Street, so I'm not real confident of that project either. Unless some have been filed very recently. Since the Waller project is at least going through that process, I do feel better about it. If they're actually spending money on the process of getting it approved and getting the utilities and street work done, then that's a good sign. I don't think the T. Stacy Project on Congress even did that. The only files I only saw for that project were for the parking garage across Brazos. They even had the elevations up for it.

Magellan is the new T. Stacy. I will never again hold my breath for a high rise off Brazos
