It's just odd to me that they would pick a site so far removed from campus. That wouldn't exactly be different from their M.O., though, as their UTSA project was a good deal further away from UTSA's campus than this is (they always provide a dedicated shuttle to and from campus just for their residents... so it's not a big deal).
So... it could very well be a distinct non-student project by someone totally different, but I'm very much assuming that it
is Aspen Heights, as they're a well known chain with a very unique name that I can't see anyone crimping off of. I imagine that they have the name trademarked, actually, so if it
isn't them, you can expect a name change shortly.
