I believe that is happening, through cira south. That is a huge project in the scope of Philadelphia. These smaller 300 ft type buildings is a start to me, a sign that Philadelphia is in the need to go vertical once again in its expansions.

Even in the boom prior to the meltdown there were not this many projects breaking ground and rising in Philadelphia. This is truly a huge step forward, esp. in this part of town.

Can you imagine if Market East added 3 or 4 300ft types, I think it would change the city dramatically.
