That makes more sense (not that it wouldn't fit in Burlington - but given the lack of remaining industrial/commercial land the 403 service road would probably see corporate development instead, or light industry)
The address maps to a site near the truck stop. I wonder if it's going to be on the parcel of land on the east side of Casablanca Blvd, between the service road and the off ramp (the Fifth Wheel's address is 398 so I assume 565 is on the other side of the road to the west). Might even be on the west side of Casablanca depending where the street name changes to Winston and the accuracy of Google's map and geocoding.
