Hey guys, just updating as promised:

Had my walk in the other day, the move-ins got pushed back to ~ February (I was originally told) for building 1

But now they are ahead of schedule. Buildings are mostly finished (building 1, aka orange building, is farther along) they still have lots of general cosmetic work to do but the units themselves are as good as finished

i'm way up top, got a fantastic view of nosehill park. Now the final word is we can expect first people to move in (lower floors) in mid-late December, this is from the construction manager himeself...the flood ended up backing up a lot of the permit processes etc @ city hall thats one of the reasons for the move in delay

I'm thinking of looking into building 4 (green) as well for a larger unit, I can see my current one getting a little cramped
