I thought they always had the same map, but just updated to add Lincoln Station?
Page 3 of this document in 2009 had the map they were using at the front page, which is also the same one for every document they had since then. The legend says "Ground Level *Except where required to cross existing roads, CPR tracks and creeks". The alignment description below says "Continuing east, the line will cross the CPR tracks just before Ioco Station." Although they didn't draw the short segment explicitly as elevated on the map, I thought this would be more than clear enough that the line would not be at ground level just before Ioco (Inlet Centre) station if anyone bother to read the legend?
