I hardly think it would reach that high, but it wouldn't be hard to do at all. Add a spire to Hudson Yards north tower, and it could easily reach that heigh, with a similar amount of floors. As it is, I expect it to be between 1,450 to 1,500 ft, enough to
at least be on par with the Empire State on the skyline, if not taller.
