I don't think so. Architect websites routinely display work on projects they've worked on, even if those projects ultimately end up being designed by someone else. They don't publicize competing firms.

As far as any new design, since plans have been approved, renderings may be released now, or the sight could simply be more attractive to another developer with the approvals in place. Only time will tell.
