The old Lorenzo rendering should be removed (complete)
Federal Courthouse has broken ground,
Good Samaritan is also u/c
What about 1111 Wilshire Phase 2 the ground up bldg & Old Medical Bldg @ 6/ bixel(Adapt Reuse)
Wilshire Grand is just hotel/office no residential,
Are these proposals still serious or canceled??

Hope lofts

1500 Figueroa???
No doubt Farmers field is dead,
Grand Central Market renovations,
Park Tower is 39 stories ft unknown,
1130 Hope is 10 stories/ 44 rooms,
Kitchen table came & went without a sound,
117 Winston is complete,
Barker Block should be added
