I can't really find a definitive date for the tower. And to clarify, I don't believe the retail/office component will be completed before the tower starts. My understanding from what I'd read previously is that we shouldn't expect the tower to immediately rise once they get completed with the underground garage (part of which is the tower's foundation). Although reading stuff today looking for some dates makes me think I may be wrong on that.

From what I can tell looking through the permits, there isn't a site plan yet for the tower, but there is one for the underground garage/retail/office.
