Dude, it sound like you have no creative bone in your body. Individuality (individual creativity) is what has built and enabled the human race to advance to this point in our evolution. If you disagree, please provide me examples of successful sentient (even non-sentient) beings where the entire population is the "same" (i.e., absolutely no difference between one individual and another).
