There appear to be at least 3 or 4 CVCs that are directed at I-35 south of MLK. Given the possibility of TxDOT sinking (if not capping) the mainlanes of the interstate in the not too distant future*, could this potentially remove those corridors (thus opening up significant sections of the Waller Creek area)?
*Perhaps "Not too distant future" is a bit ambitious of a timeline
