Interesting diagram from Emily Carr. I take it that the curving dotted line is the right-of-way for the future SkyTrain line? From the outline, it looks like the station is planned to be at-grade at the tunnel portal, with a station house on Great Northern Way.

I had been under the impression that this station was going to be "behind" Emily Carr and parallel with VCC-Clark, which would have been less accessible to the neighbourhood, so I guess this station placement is good news.
