The Sares Regis project at 2nd and San Pedro was supposed to break ground last month, but it's still in use as a parking lot. From what I can see, they've received every permit they need to start construction, so there shouldn't be any red tape holding them back at this point.
Hopefully we see shovels in the ground soon.
