It's very different.

Homelessness can & should be..........changed.

LAX will always be there. Will always be loud. Will never have rapid transit to it. Will always suck, etc.

Traffic isn't a problem that can ever be fixed, even if we had plentiful real (see: Trains) public transit in the world, traffic in LA would still continue to get worse, day by day, year by year.
