Streets of St. Charles
Cullinan Properties' is building a $300 million mixed-use development in suburban St. Charles - just across the St. Louis County line.
The mixed-use development, which will offer retail, residential and commercial space as well as two hotels, is under construction as part of the 26-acre, 1 million-square-foot development at the southeast corner of South Fifth Street and Interstate 70.
Tenants of the project include the Art Institute of St. Louis, Denver-based Tucanos Brazilian Grill, which is the seventh restaurant in the chain and first in the Midwest, the third location of Chicago-based
Prasino, Five Guys, Massage LuXe, corporate offices etc.
• 100,000 sq. ft. Phase I now open including retail,
restaurants, office, and The Art Institute of St. Louis
• Over 250,000 sq. ft. of retail and restaurant space
• Over 250,000 sq. ft. of Class A office space
• Two hotel sites available for development
• 300+ luxury residential units under construction with 2013 occupancy
