That pic is a good example of what I mean if you look there is nothing south of the commuter rail line and it is a good amount of space that could fit an arena. Its not that close to the neighborhoods and the noise from a concert would not go beyond the walls of the arena. Have you heard a concert thats going on within the Erwin Center outside?
