I hope everyone is right about the Seaholm project starting in its entirity. (They did apply for a tower crane permit last October. But as we have seen recently, that doesn't seem to guarantee an imminent groundbreaking.) I would sure like to see someone besides Gables going forward in that area. Trammel-Crow seems to have let the current boom bypass them.
