I emailed someone with the developer asking for the building heights last month. He told me they are still in the early stages of design, and asked me to contact him again in a few months.
Someone on the forum had noticed the lot was barricaded a while back. The person I spoke to said it was because they didn't have a parking permit for the property. I did notice during SXSW that there were some big trucks parked there, so I guess they got their parking permit done before SXSW.
