That there are some business we all love and appreciate, almost all (all?) are set behind parking lots, and located one of the most gruesome stretches of road in all of Texas. While I love me some Quality Seafood etc, Airport is a place I only drive to, usually avoid if at all possible and would never voluntarily walk on. It remains completely hostile to pedestrians.

A sidewalk and some shade trees isn't going to change that.
